Communication Pathway

Our goal as Wizards Lacrosse Club is to create a positive, respectful, and well-organized experience for all players, families, and volunteers. Open communication is a big part of that, and we want every member of our club to feel heard and supported.

To help ensure questions and concerns are addressed quickly and effectively, we ask that all club members follow our communication pathway:

Why This Matters

Most questions and concerns can be resolved quickly at the team level by connecting with your Team Manager or Team Coach.

Starting communication at the appropriate level:

  • Encourages open and respectful dialogue
  • Allows for faster resolution
  • Ensures the right people are involved at the right time
  • Supports a positive experience for all participants

If a concern cannot be resolved at one level, it can then be respectfully escalated step by step through the pathway.

A Shared Commitment

Our club is built on volunteers who are dedicated to providing a great experience for every player.

By following this communication structure, you help us maintain a supportive, organized, and respectful environment for everyone involved.
