Coaches are the cornerstone of player growth and development. You play the leading role in shaping not only athletes but also individuals by helping instill our core values of Courage, Confidence, and Character. These “3 Cs” are at the heart of our program, ensuring every player learns, grows, and—most of all—has fun.
When you step up as a coach, you’re not just leading a team—you’re shaping futures, both in lacrosse and in life.
