The North Edmonton Wizards Lacrosse Club would like to invite all members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Meeting Details
Date: Monday, October 26, 2026
Time: Member registration starts at 6:00pm, meeting begins at 6:30pm
Location: Homes by Avi Community Room, Servus Credit Union Place (400 Campbell Rd, St Albert)
Proxies
If you cannot attend the meeting, please consider signing over your proxy to another member of the Club or a member of the Board of Directors. The Wizards Board and GELC representatives met to discuss a transparent, trustworthy proxy process and have agreed that only proxies submitted to secretary@wizardslacrosse.ca and vpadmin@gelc.ab.ca and using the form provided below will be accepted.

Each family gets two votes. Only one proxy form per family/member is necessary, but please ensure you provide complete and accurate information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The email address provided must match the Club’s membership records and the proxy must be sent from that same email. If you are not sure what email address is associated with your membership please email registrar@wizardslacrosse.ca to confirm.
