Due to player numbers this season, we have a number of Wizards players who have been transferred to another club in the lacrosse league (GELC) for team play.
While they won’t be rostered under the Wizards banner this year, this is a positive and exciting opportunity for our athletes to continue developing their skills, competing, and enjoying the game at a high level.

Most importantly, these players are still part of our Wizards community. We are incredibly proud of them and remain committed to supporting them throughout their season.

Moving forward, your host team will be your primary point of contact for all player-related information. Families can expect communication directly from their host team regarding evaluations, team placement, and season schedules.
We understand this is a change, but it’s one rooted in ensuring every player has the best possible experience this season. We’re excited to see our athletes grow, compete, and represent themselves so well within the lacrosse community.
While they may be playing elsewhere this season, we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way.
